PLASMA CUTTING
Plasma cutting is the most flexible technology used for obtaining any kind of shape.
The plasma jet melts the perimeter of the item at an ultra-high temperature making a 3/4 mm cut (depending on the thickness). This technology guarantees a clean and good quality cut with reduced tapering. Plates thinner than 20 mm are cut underwater, which guarantees a reduced thermal alteration of the surface. Thicker plates are cut semi-submerged or in air.
All pieces are deburred after cutting and straightened if necessary.
